Thank you for being here! I am Ben, the founder of Dabyras Wellness and a registered social worker with authorization to perform pyschosocial intervention. I believe in exploring individual's' strengths together with them within a safe and supportive environment that empowers them to make the positive changes to live a happy and fulfilled life. I have a wide range of experiences supporting individuals, couples and families struggling with addictions, mental health issues, abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, as well as relationship, behavioral, anger management, and parenting issues.
