Therapy; it's a big step. And I'm eager to help. I whole-heartedly believe that each person is the expert on their own life, emotions and relationships. I am passionate about working with you to create a personalized approach to therapy. We all need a place to feel listened to, cared for, seen and understood. I have education, training, research, experience and my own therapy to assist in offering a tailored approach. I utilize an intersectional feminism and anti-oppressive practice model to create a therapeutic relationship that meets these needs, and assists in reclaiming trauma and removing barriers to living the life you desire.
