I work with individuals, couples, and families, ages ranging from high school through elder years. I welcome clients who are struggling with their daily lives, unsure what changes to make to feel an improvement in their mental health. They might face trauma, grief or loss, anxiety, or even relationship issues that keep them from feeling like they’re at their best. Couples who would like to improve their communication patterns or resolve difficult conflicts also work well in my practice, as do people who experience low self-esteem or excessive worry.
