I am a men's therapist in New York specializing in relationship and emotional growth for men in their 30s and 40s. Many of the men I work with feel stuck or frustrated, often noticing the same relationship patters repeating, struggling to express what they feel, or feeling disconnected despite "doing everything right." Even when life looks stable on the outside, something internally feels off. Therapy with me is a space to slow things down and make sense of what's happening beneath the surface.
