Therapy is often about exploring outdated core beliefs to see if they are useful and, if not, create new neuropathways that lead to new, more healthy behavior and responses. I meet each client where they are in their life and/or situation and explore what works for them to meet their therapeutic needs. I trained with Dr Stan Tatkin, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy. I am certified in EMDR. I am a trained Mindful Self Compassion Teacher. I am a level 2 trained Internal Family Systems clinician
