I am a registered Clinical Psychologist (Ontario) who specializes in working with children, teens, parents, and families. My approach in working with clients is to provide a supportive and caring relationship within which they can explore and address issues meaningful to them, identify their psychological needs, and expand on their strengths to meet these needs. In my work with children and teens, whatever the issue we are addressing, I encourage the development of skills in self-reflection and effective communication to promote the capacity for positive engagement and healthy relations (e.g., family, peers), which are cornerstones of psychological well-being.
