As a transpersonal, Jungian oriented depth psychologist, I will help you explore your own depths - To help you get at old, limiting patterns, that repeat and repeat... to get to the freedom of your own essence and true nature. Low self esteem, anxiety and depression are those states, that when explored, can be understood, and lifted with mindfulness, meditation, somatic and dream exploration, and in some cases medication if needed.
