I believe therapy works best when there’s a genuine partnership between client and therapist. Together, we set goals that not only help with the challenges you’re facing right now but also explore where those challenges come from. My approach is both practical and supportive, focusing on immediate solutions while also working toward deeper understanding and long-term growth. I do my best to be available and responsive, so clients feel supported throughout their journey. Outside of my practice, I coauthored All You Need to Know About Narcissism (published in November 2011).
