Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, especially during times of stress, emotional overwhelm, or major life changes. I understand how vulnerable it can be to take that first step, and I feel honoured to support clients as they navigate these challenges. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the clients I support feel stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward, even when they’ve tried coping on their own. My approach is warm, collaborative and client-centred.
