My ideal clients are adults and teens who want more than symptom relief—they want to better understand themselves, make sense of their experiences, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Many come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or addiction and recovery concerns. My experience includes working with individuals facing complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, homelessness, and other significant life challenges. I help clients identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and gain insight into unhealthy patterns.
