I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience helping people overcome anxiety, trauma, and sensitive sexual concerns in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Whether you're facing panic attacks, PTSD, or challenges around pornography or intimacy, I provide expert support with warmth, honesty, and respect. My areas of focus are working with men's mental health, individuals that have experienced trauma, working with high performers and leaders, along with working with therapists. However, I am open to working with individuals outside of these groups.
