My clients are people whose lives have been shaped by trauma, chronic illness, medical experiences, or a body or life that has changed in ways they didn't choose. They're often exhausted from years of advocating in systems that didn't believe them, grieving who they were before everything shifted, or carrying something that talk therapy might not touch. I work relationally, at a pace that respects fluctuating capacity. For those who are worded out, we find other ways in.
