Hey there, I'm Audrey Slaughter. I'm an LMFT who believes the most important relationship we have is the one we have with ourselves, and I'm here to help you navigate through the transitions life brings us, be it parenthood, loss, grief, or new opportunity. I work with individuals, families, and couples seeking to care for themselves better. I am a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist who works from a framework of self-compassion and empathy. I typically work from a Narrative Therapy and Collaborative Language Systems approach therapeutically, as well as utilizing interventions from CBT, DBT, and attachment theory.
