As a graduate student working towards a degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology, I hold a heartfelt desire to support clients in reconnecting to their wholeness and finding self acceptance, joy, expansion, and healing through the process of attunement, sharing, and energetic witnessing. I offer support to dreamers, activists, and all those who are working on breaking free of their societal and familial conditioning to reconnect with their vibrant authentic selves. Through empathetic listening, I will work collaboratively with you to determine the pace and style of therapeutic sessions so you will feel safe and seen.
