I’m Asma (uhss-ma), a therapist and immigrant settler on Turtle Island and I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, identity questions, and the impacts of culture, migration, and belonging. As an immigrant and therapist, I understand how our struggles are often shaped not only by what we carry within us, but also by the families, communities, and systems we move through. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and rooted in curiosity, honesty, and respect for your lived experience.
