I aim to support those who identify as highly sensitive, who may be experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem, and individuals who struggle with expressing their emotions in effective and healthy ways. I’m committed to helping clients to better understand themselves and their needs, and hope to support parents to better understand and communicate with their children. For young adults who find themselves in a place of readiness and transition, or within life changes, I aim to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space in an effort to help clients navigate changes, development, burgeoning adulthood, as well as grief and loss.
