Hello, my name is Ashton Hart. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, and friendly. My hope is to help my clients understand they are not alone and there is always hope to move forward. My typical clients tend to be women facing an array of issues such as trauma, family issues, relationship issues, communication style conflics, life transitions, anxiety, depression.
