I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My style is compassionate, relatable, and goal-oriented. I work with young adult women navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where we focus on emotional awareness, mindfulness, and practical tools to help you build confidence, set boundaries, and feel more grounded in your daily life and relationships.
