Welcome/Bienvenue ! My name is Ashley Park (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a French Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. My approach centers in person centered care while drawing from a variety of other evidence-based modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
