Therapy is a collaborative process and I work with my clients to find solutions, process deep rooted emotions, and find their self-identity. I am comfortable working with clients who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, identity struggles, abuse, self-harm, and suicidality. As a parent myself, I love to offer support to other parents and caregivers of children of all ages. I also enjoy working with young adults, queer folx, and neurodivergent people (I have ADHD, myself). I am also kink/polyam/enm friendly.
