I work with children, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious or have big emotions they don't know how to manage. Many clients are having big reactions, difficulty at home or school, or feeling stuck in patterns they don't fully understand. I also support parents who feel unsure how to help, offering guidance to improve communication, set boundaries and better understand their chiIds needs. I focus on helping clients understand what is driving their behavior, build emotional awareness. My approach is supportive, but structured, helping clients build insight, develop tools, and create real lasting change
