Life gets lifey—unexpected stress, loss, relationship strain, illness, or major transitions can leave you feeling untethered or unsure how to move forward. Often, what causes us distress reflects what we care about most, yet we may not know how to change it. Many of the adults, couples, and families I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. When we feel lost, we look outside ourselves for grounding—but what we’re often seeking is connection, something within us. Counseling offers a safe, supportive space to explore this and gently find your way back to yourself.
