Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, from others, or from the life they hoped to be living. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and the quiet overwhelm that can come from life. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying, without judgment or pressure. As a certified clinical trauma specialist, my approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in empathy.
