Compassionate, Neuroaffirming and Trauma-focused therapy. I work with children, adults, and caregivers, facing big emotions, neurodiversity, or challenging behaviours. My goal is to create an inclusive space where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported to create meaningful change. My approach is strengths-based and attachment-focused, meaning we build on what is working, nurture connection, and build understanding. Children do well when they can, and behaviour can often signal unmet needs or developing skills. Together, we explore what may lie beneath behaviours, uncovering the needs and emotions that drive them.
