It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. All of us are trying the best we can. We get stuck sometimes too. Sometimes for a while. But we can always start again. I am licensed in NY and MA and accepting patients for telehealth sessions in both states. If you have been burdened with shame, worry, dread, unhappiness, you’re not alone and there’s not something wrong with you. I’m a psychologist with experience in trauma, relational, and cognitive-behavioral treatments. Collaboratively and compassionately, I help my clients heal and recover in different ways.
