My mission is to help clients develop the skills needed to cope with life's challenges, to give clients the hope of improved relationships, freedom from anxiety, fear, anger and the effects of trauma that reduce their enjoyment of life. I provide counselling in the areas of couples and individuals struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, anger, trauma, stress management, counselling for family, marriage and couples strategies for coping with life changes. Experience change with the alcohol abuse education. I provide a warm, respectful, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to share your experiences.
