Feeling stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or exhausted from carrying the same patterns over and over again? I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel burnt out from constantly overthinking, people-pleasing, or trying to hold everything together on their own. Using a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach, I help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, improve relationships, and create healthier, more sustainable ways of moving through life.
