I support children and families as they navigate life’s challenges together. I work with children of all ages and their caregivers, helping them through experiences such as big emotions, trauma, grief, anxiety, family changes, and relationship struggles. I also support parents and caregivers in building confidence and connection in their parenting journey, with experience working alongside First Nation communities. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and culturally respectful space where children feel comfortable to express themselves through play, creativity, and conversation.
