You may appear fulfilled on the outside while feeling inwardly unmoored—disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you want to live. I work with adults, older adults, and couples navigating addiction, relationship strain, and life transitions, especially when these struggles stir deeper questions of identity, meaning, and authenticity. My approach is existential, tailored, and practical, integrating Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, DBT-informed skills, and Structural Family Therapy for work that is both reflective and effective. I currently only offer virtual therapy sessions.
