I am so glad you are here. Right away, I want to highlight that wherever you have been, whatever you have been through, and whatever you are holding – ALL is welcome. The fact that you are here, now, reading this, is evidence of life-force. However small, hidden, or seemingly dim the ember of your life-force currently feels to you, it exists. You exist, and that is wonderful! Your journey has led you here, and my role in this journey is to assist you in kindling your ember of life-force until it brings you fully alive, with unobstructed access to the present moment, and with it your truth, authenticity, and joy.
