We live in an unpredictable world and sometimes encounter situations that can cause us feeling hurt, angry, stuck, and confused. These situations leave imprints on our lives and can shake our foundation. I would love to come alongside and be a resource for you in various areas including trauma exposure, mood disruptions, life transitions, grief and loss as you take steps towards healing. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and use a person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach while integrating various modalities and theories that are uniquely tailored to your therapeutic needs.
