I believe real healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and supported. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not like yourself, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll work to understand what you’re going through, build tools to manage emotions, and help you feel more grounded and connected in life. I work with children, teens, and adults using evidence-based approaches that feel practical, supportive, and personal. When helpful, I collaborate directly with psychiatrists and incorporate non-invasive options like Neurofeedback and BrainView as alternatives or complements to medication management to support deeper insight and progress.
