Eco Therapy & Body based. I support teens and adults, especially women and parents—who feel overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, anxious, or stuck in stress and survival mode. Teens often come in struggling with big emotions, withdrawal, anxiety, or difficulty coping at school or home. Parents come seeking support in understanding and reconnecting with their teen. Adults often feel burnt out, disconnected, or emotionally overloaded. I help clients regulate their nervous system, build emotional awareness, and develop practical, body-based tools to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control in daily life.
