The fundamental core of my practice is the belief that each individual has the capacity for wisdom, growth and change with respect to his/her own life. I trust that the potential that is necessary for change is within each person, but this capacity may not always be evident or accessible. As a clinician, I believe that one of the most important components of psychotherapy is having an atmosphere which is supportive, patient, validating and compassionate. I approach my patients with integrity and a commitment to help you create a higher quality of life that resonates with your true self.
