I believe therapy can be a place where we can be ourselves while working towards the goals and change you wish to see. I bring genuineness, warmth, and curiosity to learn more about you. I also bring along various therapy modalities such as: play therapy, providing parenting skills and education, mindfulness, CBT and EMDR. I am passionate about working with kids, teens, parents, young adults and postpartum moms. I completed my MA at Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology: MFT emphasis, and my BA from UCI in Psychology and Social Behavior.
