Our clients are adults and adolescents living with PTSD, trauma, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and persistent mind-body symptoms such as IBS, fatigue, headaches, tension, and stress-related physical symptoms. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their body, or discouraged after medical treatments haven't fully helped. They come to therapy to understand the root causes of their symptoms, regulate their nervous system, and ease both physical and emotional suffering, to feel safe in their body again and return to life with greater resilience and wellbeing.
