Hi I'm Anna. I am a compassionate and dedicated Registered Social Worker specializing in individual and couples therapy for adults (18+). I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to explore the emotional complexities of their lives. My clinical expertise includes working with relational/attachment trauma, pre/post partum, medical trauma, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I have a particular interest in working with neurodiverse clients, particularly those with Autism and ADHD where I can support with problem solving, communication, and relationships.
