I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and work to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. I believe therapy is a partnership. Through trust, connection, and collaboration, I support clients with empathy and evidence-based tools to help them grow, heal, and build on their unique strengths and experiences.
