My ideal clients are adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and privately struggling in ways that aren't always visible to the people around them. They may be high-functioning in their professional or social lives while quietly contending with anxiety, self-doubt, or relational patterns that keep repeating. Many have experienced trauma, including complex or relational trauma, and are beginning to connect the dots between their past and their present. They're ready to do meaningful work, even if they're not quite sure where to start.
