I work with parents, teens, and young adults who feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in today’s complicated world. Parents may see their child struggling at school, withdrawing socially, or losing confidence, and carry the weight of worry without clear answers. Teens and young adults often feel confused about who they are, uncertain if they will be accepted, or pressured to mask their true selves just to get through the day. Too often, strengths are overlooked and struggles take center stage. People sometimes lose their way and need support to reconnect with what makes them capable, confident, and whole.
