Hi there, I’m a psychotherapist and social worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master of Social Work and have spent my career supporting people through anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma, anger, substance use, and life transitions. My Indo-Caribbean background gives me a deep understanding and unique perspective of what it means to navigate different cultural expectations, identities, and family systems. It shaped not only who I am, but also how I show up in the therapy room—with cultural sensitivity, curiosity, and respect.
