As a certified trauma and narcissistic abuse clinician, I recognize life 's challenges can sometimes seem overwhelming and leave us feeling anxious or depressed. Many of our coping strategies were developed in response to early adversity. Sometimes, these strategies may no longer be working for us. We may find ourselves struggling in our current relationships or even struggling to just get through the day. Understanding old patterns and developing new skills and strategies provides freedom, new opportunities, and healing. We all deserve healthy relationships that fulfill our most basic need for love and connection.
