Whether in your relationship, your job, or negative thoughts that you can’t seem to redirect, it may feel like your typical coping skills or support systems aren’t enough. That’s ok. Take a breath and know that untangling this right now is not something you have to do alone. In my practice, I work with adults navigating interpersonal relationships, career stress, self-esteem and personal growths. I have experience with eating disorders, substance abuse, and trauma, and a special interest in working with the unique struggles of creative and performing artists.
