I am a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, with over a decade of experience supporting people across the lifespan. I offer individualized therapy for children, teens, young adults, and adults, including support for anxiety and related concerns. I take time to understand each person’s and family’s unique story and create a warm, safe, nonjudgmental space to explore goals, build skills, and strengthen coping and confidence. I value collaborative care and aim to be a supportive part of your network as you work toward meaningful change.
