I am Angie, Registered Nurse, Psychotherapist. My clients feel respected, valued, and appreciate the wholistic approach I take working through mental illness (such as trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, growth and development) towards mental wellness. I provide a safe place to talk and most importantly be heard. Working on a plan where you feel comfortable to build the skills you need to manage the thoughts, life circumstances and path life is taking you. Developing skills and personal growth so you can feel prepared to deal with confusion and overwhelm when it shows up. You don't have to feel alone on this journey of life.
