In the beginning, my main goal is to understand - who you are, what has shaped you, and what you would like to get out of our sessions. Whether it's just to talk about what you can't with anyone else or it's to work through a current crisis (burnout, job loss, divorce) or past trauma from childhood. From there, we can work in connecting with and utilizing your abilities and talents. Sessions will also consist of developing effective coping strategies, and gently identifying patterns or obstacles in your way.
