Hi, I'm Andrea. I'm a social worker certified in perinatal mental health and birth and reproductive trauma. An EFT couples therapist and an EMDR trauma therapist. I empower my clients to feel safe to be authentic with themselves and their partner; communicate with curiosity; feel confident as a parent, problem solve in a calm and non-judgemental way; live in the present moment with self-awareness and compassion; heal from past trauma; let go of unhelpful beliefs and ways of coping; and, ultimately, live joyful and meaningful lives, full of love and connection within themselves and with others.
