I work with individuals and physicians navigating anxiety, burnout, and questions of identity, self-trust, and meaning. Many feel stuck in recurring ways of thinking, feeling, or relating and want a deeper sense of clarity about themselves. In our work, we slow things down and look closely at how these patterns unfold—shifting away from seeing yourself as the problem and toward understanding how your experiences, relationships, and the systems around you have shaped what feels hard to change. This creates space for greater clarity, flexibility, and lasting change.
