Hii there! Feeling overwhelmed? I work with young children, parents, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, or relationship difficulties. Many families come to therapy feeling exhausted by tantrums, meltdowns, worry, emotional outbursts, or ongoing parent-child conflict. Others are navigating the effects of stressful or traumatic experiences. Together, we work to better understand what is driving these challenges, build emotional regulation skills, strengthen relationships, and create more connection, confidence, and calm in daily life.
