I work with adults seeking more than symptom relief; they want to understand the roots of their struggles and experience more freedom, peace, and connection. Many come feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, trauma, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or life transitions. At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing occurs when the mind and heart come into greater coherence and are aligned with inner wisdom. I support clients in building self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion while uncovering root patterns, strengthening inner resources, and moving toward a more meaningful path forward.
